<p><span style="color: #3366ff;"><strong>July 2011, a very very special CAM ride. Riding along the green aisle of western ghats.</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #3366ff;"><strong>Reason?  - </strong></span><span style="color: #0000ff;">Check out the highlights</span></p>
<ul>
<li> Base at a very serene <span style="color: #ff0000;">Home stay at Makkandur</span>. This place is inside a 4-acre coffee estate.</li>
<li> Lucky few (around 14) <span style="color: #ff0000;">stay in tents</span>, outside the homestay.</li>
<li> The <span style="color: #ff0000;">mandalpatti climb</span> &#8211; one of the challenging, which the &#8220;Suzuki swift&#8221; refused to climb on an afternoon. The view from the top is out of the world.</li>
<li> <span style="color: #ff0000;">Four categories</span> on the Day-1, the CAT-1 being the most challenging and CAT-4 being the relaxing most.</li>
<li> CAT-1 includes couple of <span style="color: #ff0000;">river crossing stunts</span>, either push your bike or carry on your back <img src='http://cyclingandmore.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> , hold on, the river is a shallow one, so no need to worry.</li>
<li> Opt for CAT-4 and you will have enough time to spend in a pure, shallow <span style="color: #ff0000;">stream of running water</span>. Apart from a relaxing 30 km cycle ride.</li>
<li> Most of the route <span style="color: #ff0000;">covered by trees</span>, well inside the beautiful coorg district, No bus or lorries ply on this route (Day-1). An occasional estate jeep might be sighted at times.</li>
<li> Most important of all, <span style="color: #ff0000;">YUMMY home stay food</span> <img src='http://cyclingandmore.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</li>
</ul>
<div>The Cost of the entire trip including stay, food and transport is <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>3500 rs</strong></span> only.</div>
